Borgo Rigolizia Vacanze is located on the provincial road 24 Palazzolo-Noto, easily accessible from the West exit of Palazzolo Acreide when you arrive from the speedway Syracuse-Mare Monti or from the Noto motorway following the direction “Palazzolo Acreide”.

Rigolizia is the epicentre of a natural and historical interesting area. Indeed, at only a few kilometres around takes place the Bauly’s wood, a large green oak wood with its underground excavations and its ddieri,  cave dwellings in caves, and Santa Lucia di Mendola, a paleochristan archaeological complex with a church and pieces of Hypogeum. Towards Noto, near Testa dell'Acqua, you can reach the prehistoric village of Castelluccio with the Byzantine patronage of the "Cave of the Saints" on Mount Alveria, the archaeological park of "Noto Antica" and then reach, passing by the ancient city destroyed by the earthquake of 1693, the sanctuary of Santa Maria della Scala and the hermitage of San Corrado Fuori le Mura with the cave of the saint.

On the other side of Cava Grande, you will arrive on an edge of a spectacular natural beauty, where you will enjoy a beautiful view from Gola di Cava Grande on the imposing walls of limestone, in the bottom of the valley, occupied by a river that opens into a small evocative lake, accessible from a trail that leads down the banks.

From Noto you can easily reach the most famous beaches in eastern Sicily like Fontane Bianche, Noto Marina, Eloro, or Portopalo di Capo Passero and San Lorenzo, where the Ionian Sea joins the Mediterranean Sea. All these sites are high archaeological interesting areas such as Eloro founded by the Corinthians and the Roman villa of Tellaro or the natural reserve of Vendicari, its Tonnara e Torre Sveva , Syracuse, Ragusa, Modica and Scicli are Baroque centres also listed on the World Heritage List of UNESCO.

From the Borgo Rigolizia Vacanze, you can take natural cycle tracks which will lead you in less than 2 km to a wonderful panorama with an airy and wild landscape without any boundaries. The majestic personality of the valley touches the landscape in such an amazing way to finish at the sea level in Capo Passero, the southest point of the island. The sunset seen from the highlands, full of oxygenating silence, completes this impression of infinity.
